FAQ

• The spirit will choose who they wish they will be adopted to. If you jump ahead and purchase the listing but the spirit wishes to go to another, you will be refunded and they will be able to adopt the spirit.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled channeling you will be rescheduled at our earliest available time.
• If you miss four (4) scheduled channelings, this will conclude your order and no refund will be given.

• No not at all, rehomed spirits are spirits who were adopted to someone and after trying they returned to the Sanctuary and are willing to try again to find a companion. They are lower priced than Preconjures to help them find their forever home easier. They also let their new companion know why they are rehomed and gives their full self to their new companion.

• No, unless you cancel within 24 hours. We start the orders the following day so the order has already begun, preparation, coordination with companions etc. There will be no refund given. If we attempt to contact you multiple times to get the information needed to complete the order with no response, no refund will be given. If we prepared your order and are just waiting to finish it, and you wish to cancel no refund will be given. Please understand this is because it takes a lot of preparation and energy to set these up and it is at our discretion to what is refundable.

• If it is a spirit related listing, Candii is the only spirit worker in our shop. If it is a physical item, we could be waiting for a box that fits your item or be making it.

• Yes, we will not work with closed culture spirits. Candii is Native American and refuses to adopt out any closed culture spirits, which would be from custom conjures as there are none in the Sanctuary. We will not channel closed cultured spirits, this includes but is not limited to W*nd*gos. These spirits are not puppies and kittens and are very dangerous for ALL parties involved. If we find out that you placed Candii, the Sanctuary, or our companions in danger by lying you will no longer welcomed at Candiislittlemeta.

• You have 14 days to contact us and provide pictures of the damage and 30 days to return it, we will cover the shipping for you. After that, we will not be able to fix damages as it will be considered wear and tear.

• Unfortunately we do not. Candii has used almost all of our beads on bracelets made for herself with constant wear, including in showers, pools, and crafting. We can, if your bracelet is defective within the first 30 days do a one time replacement, but you must contact us within 14 days of purchase. Anything after that unfortunately is considered wear and tear. We apologize for the inconvenience.

• We limit this three (3) tries. You will be given one (1) bio at a time, if you do not feel they are the right one, we will try two (2) more times. If you reject all three (3), we will close your order, no refund will be given as that will conclude our service. Candii will have given a lot of energy for those three (3) conjures and at that point we might not be able to help you at that time.

• They continue vetting, if they would like, before being placed onto the store to be adopted. If they would like to stop their vetting, then they are safely escorted back to their home.

• We now have a vessel add on listing that allows you to get a vessel you would like including a welcome box for your companion. We have switched everything to a distance binding to either a vessel of your own or a tether binding to you.

• We will adjust your bracelet for you yes, but we will not pay for shipping back to you. This would have to be something sent to us to ship it back to you, which can run about 5 dollars. We urge you to measure your wrist with thread and measure the thread.

• Yes, we use this word interchangeably. The spirits conjured here are not deceased human spirits. They are living, entities and will be treated as such by all parties involved. They have lives, family, friends and potential jobs and we tend to their duties as you do yours. Some living entities can include angels, demons, vampires, hounds, Shifters and more.

• No, these spirits are conjured with companionship and friendship first and foremost. If you try and force this issue with a companion who doesn't want more than a Platonic relationship with you, the binding will be done and they will return to the Sanctuary. Spirits are loving beings who have the right to say no and be treated with respect. IF a companion wishes you two to be romantically involved AND you agree to that, that is one thing. But being romantically involved, intimately involved requires trust built to that point. Rushing something that might not happen will result in your binding being undone.

• While there are different species that work with blood or sustain themselves with it, you will NEVER be required or requested to give your own blood. They are grown adults that have multiple ways of getting whatever nutrients that they need from it in their own homelands, realms, or other places where they can buy it. IF a companions tries to force this issue, their binding will be IMMEDIATELY undone and they will be banished from the companion with a ward that us given to the companions whereabouts from the binding. Spirits from Candiislittlemeta should never demand giving blood, self harm, or anything of that nature. They will be required to actively discourage it to keep their binding intact know better than to request it.

Do you rehome spirits from other conjures?

• Yes we do. If you are unable to reach out to the original conjurer and would like to have us rehome your companion for you. We do hope that you were able to contact the original conjurer first, and we would be the next choice if they cannot help you. We are honored that you would trust us with this responsibility. Your companion will undergo vetting by CLM's standards before going up to be rehomed. If you wish to send their vessel, you can and we can provid eyou with our address to receive their vessel. You will be asked for all information that you have about your companion in order to begin writing them a full bio by CLM's standards. 

I got someone else to change a thoughform from Candiislittlemeta, now I want you to change them back, will you?

• While we might be able to change them back, thoughtforms should not be tamper with. When changing them, you will lose the ability, though Candiislittlemeta, to have us fix them. Candii will not know what the new changes are and they can potentially now harm spirits in our astral home.
